Council for Investment Climate Improvement of the Russian city of Chelyabinsk has approved a draft project submitted by a famous boxer, Sergey Kovalev, for the construction of a sports complex “Krasher”.
As local media reports, “Krasher” sports complex will consist of three floors. The ground floor will house a parking, while martial arts rooms and fitness equipment will be located on the second and third floors. Up to 90 people will be able to train there simultaneously.
Investment in the project will amount to 67.5 million rubles, and the funds will be provided by Sergey Kovalev himself.
A plot of land with an area of 1,2 hectares is planned to be granted on leases for this project.
The design work is expected to start in September this year, the facility is scheduled to be built and put into operation over the course of two years.
