Hyatt hotel is planned to open on the territory of a mixed-use complex “VTB Arena Park” in May-June this year, senior vice president of VTB Bank, the head of the project, Andrey Peregudov, told reporters on Monday.
Mr. Peregudov noted that the hotel is almost completed, and at present, the last preparations are being carried out. He noted that by the end of the current year, three office buildings are planned to be put into operation in the project area.
Andrey Peregudov specified that one of the buildings would house the headquarters of the Dynamo football club.
“Construction of apartments for nearly one thousand rooms is expected to be completed by the end of the next year”, —the head of the project added.
