Today, the III International Investment Forum opened in Yalta, a resort and port city of the Crimea.
As Construction.RU was told by the regional press office, in particular, regional investment projects in the field of housing construction are presented at the event.
For example, this is the construction of new micro-districts in the Crimean city of Smferopol under the names of “Zhigulina Roshcha” designed for 20,000 residents and “Gorod Mira” for 10,000 residents.
Apart from residential buildings, investors plan to erect there schools and nursery schools. Investments in “Zhigulina Roshcha” are estimated at 17 billion rubles and those in “Gorod Mira” will be 6 billion rubles.
Another major residential compound with a hotel, spa facility and a chain of restautrants is intended to be built in the area of the Crimean city of Yevpatoriya.
