At the beginning of the third quarter of 2017, a modern complex processing and storing oil products will be put in operation in Dagestan located in Russia’s North Caucasus.
As local media reports today, a developer plans to get soon a license from the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Inspection to launch an enterprise.
We should remind you that the facility was scheduled to be put in operation as far back as 2016, however, due to multiple violations revealed by the Agency’s experts, the plant’s commissioning has been delayed.
The oil refinery construction started in 2011. The facility will be capable to process 1 million tons of oil per year, as well as store 100,000 tons of oil products.
