Construction of a large greenhouse complex with an area 33,13 hectares is planned in the Lipetsk region.
As the press office of the regional administration reports, on Wednesday, the project worth 7.2 billion received a status of resident of the Khlevnoe special economic zone of a regional level.
LLC Agro Alliance Lipetsk acts as an investor. The company was registered in the Lipetsk region in mid-May this year, with a share capital of 100,000 rubles. Its sole owner, Sulun Hassan, is from Turkey.
According to Kommersant newspaper, the project is implemented through LLC Agro Alliance Lipetsk by Turkish company Artgen, which is engaged in cultivation of vegetables in Turkey and Poland. The project will be realized in three stages.
