A major construction project to build a musical school for children, dedicated to Franz Liszt, has been initiated in Moscow.




As the press service for the “Committee of the City of Moscow on Price Policy in Construction and State Examination Projects” reported today to Construction.ru, the three-storey school building is designed to hold 300 children plus a staff of 45.
There will be a large (180 seat) and small (60 seat) concert hall a, library with a reading room, a medical room, a dressing room, a bar, a shop for repairing tools and instruments, and an archive room.
The building has been designed specifically to take into account the needs of handicapped children. The project will incorporate driveways and areas for garbage collectors, sidewalks for pedestrians, and small architectural forms.
