The most expensive penthouse in Moscow has now been sold in LCD Knightsbridge Private Park. The Penthouse is 681 sq. m and was sold for $20 million.
This is the subject of a report published today in the capital press release of the real estate agency Tweed. It's also suggested that if this is too expensive for some, another home of this type, 783 square meters for $15 million, was sold in the residential complex "House on Pokrovsky Boulevard." Too expensive? Then in the LCD "Rublevsky" you can pick up a four-level, 1.15 thousand sq. m. penthouse for $11.5 million.
