On the 12th of May, at 11:00, a team of Federal Security Service (FSB) operatives arrived at the office of the Transport Construction Directorate in Saint Petersburg.
The FSB officers politely conducted a search in the office of the Directorate, which is under the jurisdiction of the Transport Infrastructure Development Committee of Saint Petersburg, Fontanka.ru reported. As a result, they seized documents related to “Metrostroy” JSC’s activities that could be of interest to the investigation.
In particular, the operatives showed most interest in documentation on the construction of the “Yuzhnaya” metro depot and the activity of the “Transstroy” company.
It should be remembered that the “Metrostroy” company is carrying out construction on the area from the “Prospekt of Slava” to “Yuzhnaya” stations. Behind the latter will be located a metro depot, which is being built by “Transstroy” now.
