The construction project of “smart camps” for IT specialists is planned to be implemented in Crimea.
The President of the Crimean IT cluster, Denis Matrosov, told Cryminform about this in an interview. According to him, the IT industry development strategy supposes an increase in the number of specialists in Crimea and Sevastopol.
The project of “smart camp” construction is being developed on the peninsula. Programmers will come to these small settlements for 200-300 people to implement their projects. Smart camps will be built with the use of green technologies with renewable energy sources. Such settlements will be fully autonomous. This trend will raise Crimea to a new level of quality, stressed Matrosov.
