The Russian President Vladimir Putin has given the federal government the assignment of lending support to the construction of the Ekaterinburg Ring Road and a medical cluster in the city.
As Construction.ru was told by the regional press office, Vladimir Putin met with a governor of the Saratov region, Evgeny Kuyvashev, on Thursday.
The cabinet of ministers will consider the possibility of allocating funds for the construction of the Ekaterinburg Ring Road. The new highway will join two federal routes, Perm—Ekaterinburg and Ekaterinburg—Chelyabinsk. This will cost 5 bln roubles.
Besides this, 3 bln roubles more are needed to build a scientific and educational medical cluster in the Akademichesky district of Ekaterinburg.
