In the Leningrad region, an investor has acquired a land plot with an area of 280 hectares for the construction of a luxurious complex with a golf club and landscape.
The land plot is located on the Yuzhnoye Highway near Scheglovo village, reports the local media. The large-scale project requires no less than 10 bln roubles of investment. The famous British company, “European Golf Design”, has published photos of the construction site. The work is underway and man-made lakes are being built.
According to “European Golf Design”, the project is being implemented by former employees of the “Uralsib” corporation. The peculiarity is that the project is a secret one: neither golf players nor consultants know about the new village.
