This summer, the first Russia hotel constructed in trees will be commissioned under the brand of Nest Hotel. This peculiar object will be located at a bend in the Kirzhach River, between the Moscow and Vladimir regions.
This is what the press office of the Alliance De Luxe real estate agency told Construction.ru. The company’s representative specified that in total, 30 houses will be built in the trees and 15 more on the water.
The exotic hotel will operate 24 hours a day, since its rooms, with an area of 12-30 m2, will be heated. Its visitors will be able to enjoy the absolute absence of asphalt roads, capital facilities and underground utility systems.
The building company owners plan to erect similar eco-hotels near Saint Petersburg, in Sochi, in Crimea and on the picturesque coast of the Sea of Azov.
