Russian Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities either doesn’t fulfill assignments on the price formation system reforming, or do it slowly, the representative of the Auditing Chamber, Yury Roslyak, said at the panel session of the Construction Ministry, our special correspondent, Alexey Nevsky reports from the ground.
However, he stressed that the Auditing Chamber of Russia hopes to speed up the work of the federal Construction Ministry in this area in 2016. YuryRoslyak pointed out that much has to be done in the field of price formation at the regional level.
Nevertheless, the auditor noted a large amount of work, carried out by the Ministry in the area of construction, housing and utility services.
In the end the State Duma’s deputy, Vladimir Resin, president of the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, Andrei Volkov, president of Public Council at the Construction Ministry, Sergei Stepashin have also appeared at the final panel.
