The Russia Today information agency hosted a press conference by the president of the Housing Policy and Utilities Committee of State Duma of Russia, Galina Khovanskaya, on Tuesday.

One of the main outcomes of the spring session was the resolution of the Constitutional Court, adopted in response to Galina Khovanskaya’s appeal, on a procedure for allotting and spending citizens’ money from the common overhaul fund. A number of important initiatives were devised.
