The Russian Investigative Committee has launched an inquiry into the case of fraud with real estate in JSC Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG.
Basmanny district Court of Moscow has already arrested the former director general of a subsidiary of MiG Corporation – JSC MiG-RosT, Alexey Ozerov, and a deputy director general of PJSC Tupolev, a Russian aerospace and defence company, Egor Noskov.
Both of them are charged with fraud with a complex of buildings with an area of 22,000 sq.m located on Khodynskoye Pole at the beginning of 2000s. According to investigation, later this complex was resold, and over the course of a decade has been rented out to the entities incorporated into the aircraft corporation.
The Russian Investigative Committee has initiate a criminal case under the 159 Article of Russian Criminal Code – fraud in an especially large amount.
