The Urban Planning and Land Commission of Moscow approved conditions of the sale of a site for hotels construction within Pyatnitskoe Shosse transfer hub located in the northwest of Moscow.
This is what the press office of the Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects and Co-Funding Construction reported on Wednesday.
The Committee specified that the approved starting conditions of a public tender for the right to conclude a contract of purchase and sale of 99% stake in LLC TPU Pyatnitskoe Shosse 3.
The tender winner will be able to build a hotel complex for 528 rooms on a land plot with an area of 0.8 hectares. The hotel area is 35,000 square meters.
