Moscow has entered the top twenty and occupied the 19th place in the world regarding the cost of the office realty in Sky-scrapers.
The average cost of 1 sq. meter in the Moscow-City sky-scrapers is $7,500, according to the report by the Knight Frank consulting company.
The first place belongs to Hong Kong with the most expensive commercial realty - $86,000 for 1 sq. meter. The second line is occupied by Tokyo with the average price of $53,000 for 1 sq. meter. The third one is Manhattan with its $40,000 for a sq. meter, followed by San-Francisco, the London City and Sidney where the average price of a square meter in a sky-scraper is $22,000-27,000.
The company’s analysts expect investors to come to Sidney, Melbourne and Taipey in the coming two years, and the prices for the areas in the cities’ sky-scrapers will start growing.
