Participants of the meeting talked about the development of the construction sector in the region, new projects and major problems faced by the new economic conditions.
Particularly acute, according to developers, today is the question of support mortgage sector. They are waiting the start of the program the Ministry of Construction of Russia in the mortgage interest rate subsidy of up to 13% per annum. Governor of the Novosibirsk Region Vladimir Gorodetsky also present at the meeting reported to the minister that in the past year in the region of 78% of housing was purchased through the mechanism of the mortgage, now the demand has decreased.
"The average rate was 12.7% per annum, and we are confident that as soon as a mechanism to support the mortgage offered by the Ministry of Construction of Russia, working, demand will start to recover," - said Vladimir Gorodetsky. Minister Mikhail Men said that the coordination mechanism of the program is in the final stage and at the end of March or beginning of April, banks will be able to work under the new scheme.
The meeting also appealed to the Minister to support the legislative initiative to support developers providing housing defrauded investors. Regional legislators propose to allow donation of the land to developers who are willing to provide an encumbrance of the apartments defrauded real estate investors.
The Minister said that the Office will consider the initiative and, if necessary, to provide the necessary assistance.
