All purchase-sale contracts conducted in the Donetsk People’s Republic after May, 2014 have been announced invalid.
The head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, told journalists about this in Donetsk. He explained: "An old woman having sold her own flat is one thing, but if communal land is shown in the documents as privately owned and registered in Kiev, it is quite another".
Realty issues will be considered as referred to over industrial and economic objects. Attention will be paid to the facts of who bought and who sold the land, and where the money came from. A commission will be created in the ministry of justice to determine a sale’s legitimacy. All sales are to be registered and taxes are to be paid to the DPR, not to Kiev, Zakharchenko said.
