Russian Far East residents granted 226 hectares of land for investment projects

The Far East development corporation JSC, managing a project of Vladivostok free port and the territories of advanced development in the Far East, granted to 11 residents of these territories first plots of lands for implementation of investment projects, as stated in the company’s massage.




A total amount of 226,33 hectares has been transferred to residents of the advanced development territories.

Sublease contracts were concluded with two residents of “Bolshoy Kamen” (Big Stone) advanced development territory. Five contracts account for “Nadyozhdinskaya” territory located in the Primorsky region.

“We are glad that we became a resident of the advanced development territory. We have already been granted a land plot, where we will build industrial facilities, whereas the funds saved from tax benefits will be allocated to development of the enterprise”, said director of Innovatika LLC, Sergey Fedorenko.
