Construction of a hotel with a spa facility and a congress hotel has been resumed on Teatralnaya Street in the Russian city of Krasnoyarsk.
The construction activities were launched as early as November 2012, the local media reports today.
A nine-storey hotel for 200 rooms is planned to be erected in the center of the city. A total area of the facility, including an underground parking, will reach almost 20,000 square meters.
When the construction site was fenced off, the groundwork was started. However, later, these activities were suspended.
It cannot be ruled out that the hotel management will be transferred to one of the major network operators, such as Hilton and Marriott.
