Construction of Holiday Inn Express hotel located on Dubininskaya Street in the capital city of Russia is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of this year, Interfax news agency reported on Monday citing Chairman of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee, Oleg Antosenko.
“Up to date, load-bearing monolithic reinforced concrete structures have been erected. The installation of internal engineering, plumbing and electrical systems, as well as facade works are underway”, - Oleg Antosenko said.
He noted that the area of a three-star hotel would exceed 11,000 square meters.
“The ten-story building will house 243 rooms, while a parking for 44 car units will be located in the underground floors,” – the Committee’s Chairman specified.
