Income of Austrian Immofinanz from letting Moscow malls soars by 16.8%

Income of the Austrian developer Immofinanz from leasing out shopping centers in Moscow has dramatically risen by 16.8%, up to €22.2 million in the I quarter of 2017, as it follows from a report released by the company.




The occupancy rate of shopping centers has amounted to 88.3%, while at the end of December 2016, this indicator was at the level of 87.7%.

In Moscow, Immofinanz owns the following operating shopping centers: GoodZonе on Kashirskoye highway, Fifth Avenue on Marshal Birjuzova Street, and three malls under the brand of Golden Babylon situated in Otradnoye, Yasenevo and Prospekt Mira Street. Their total leasable area amounts to 278,500 square meters.

It is noteworthy that earlier the company announced its plans to leave the Russian market.
