A huge residential district with a total area of 1.5 million square meters will be built in the north of the Russian capital, RIA Novosti reported on Monday with reference to a press release of two developers implementing the joint project.
The construction of new housing which will be located in Molzhaninovsky district will be carried out by developer companies Khimki-Molzhaninovo and Samolyot Dve Stolitsy. It is noted that the project provides for the construction of not only residential buildings of a comfort class but also commercial facilities, as well as all the necessary infrastructure. This is the first joint construction implemented by two companies in the Russian capital city.
The agreement on the development of more than 130 hectares has already been signed by both parties. Construction of facilities will be launched early next year.
