On the 13th of May, the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Crimea published a register consisting of five building companies which have been declared unscrupulous developers.
The list, published on the website of the Peninsula's republican government, includes the “Lodochny Prichal №239” cooperative society, the “Zebra” Center of Youth Initiatives PLC, the “Alupka Resort” PLC, the “TES Firm” PLC and the “Elmaz” PLC.
All of these construction companies have been fined up to 2m roubles for all kinds of legal violations.
