Construction of first three objects worth 300 m roubles started at “Belokurikha-2” resort in Altai region, the investor’s press office told Construction.RU on Tuesday.
These objects are the hotels with a capacity of 35 and 30 rooms each. The entrepreneurs plan to put the facilities into operation no later than 2018.
Also, a historic and recreation center, “The Andreev’s Kupecheskaya Sloboda” is under construction now. All these three objects with a total price of about 300 m roubles will be located in the area of the future “Alpine Village’.
An elite recreation center with a bathing complex and a swimming pool is planned to be built there.
“The Andreev’s Kupecheskaya Sloboda” will start its operation as soon as utility systems are launched. The construction is scheduled to be completed by 2017.
